The hotel had an inviting lobby. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Fast check-in.

Secured hotel with nice pool. The staff was accommodating, welcoming, no complaints. Lots of good food for continental breakfast. Found in an awesome area. Also, Uptown Plaza was 1 mile away from the venue. In general the service was excellent too.

Upgraded place to visit while travelling around Houston. Very engaging staff and convenient location. Walking distance to the clean beach. The rooms were modest, well presented and appropriate. The continental breakfast was rich, I loved it. The service was good too...

I liked the hotel and its comfortable decor, it was a very relaxing experience. The bedroom was separate, beds were great as well. Food was outstanding, great service.

The hotel was well-kept and had okay staff and location. We did n't like the bed, it was very uncomfortable, but it was truly a RELAXING stay. Restaurant was not too far away from the venue.

Wi-fi signal was very weak, and we had a bit cramped bathroom.

The location was unbeatable, the breakfast was hot and staff were happy to help. The deluxe queen room was excellent and warm. Efficient check-in, late check-out. We tried to use free WiFi throughout the property.
